The National Association of Realtors reports that, on average, a Staged Home sells more than twice as quickly as a non-staged home (13.9 days vs. 31 days.) In addition, Staged Homes sell for 6.9%-10% more than their non-staged counterparts.
Staging is the art of presenting a home at its best. The goal in Home Staging is to make your home feel larger, warmer and up to date, in order to shorten the time to sale and increase its profitability.
As home stagers, our goal is to offer you a visual inspection of your home and prepare it for the target market. We can help you capture your buyer's interest from the moment they first lay their eyes on the property by:
• Helping you to “de-clutter” and show the interior of your home in it's best light
• Working with you on the curb appeal of your home for drive-by buyers
• Presenting photos of professionally staged rooms on the internet
The process is similar to Redesign but focuses on the exterior as well as the interior of the home. We begin with an initial consultation. You will receive a detailed report of each area, which will emphasize the home's selling points as well as list items for improvement. We will work through your home room by room setting up your furniture to maximize the space and minimize the clutter. |
