• Consultation - $100.00
• Home Staging Hourly Rate $65.00 per Designer

ORGANIZING SERVICES
• Initial Consultation - First Hour $55.00
• Initial Consultation - Hourly Rate After First Hour $45.00
• Detailed Summary of Work to Complete $100.00
• Hourly Organizing Rate $45.00 per Organizer
• Evening/ Weekend Hourly Organizing Rate $55.00

BUNDLING
• Includes a combination of Redesign & Organizing or Staging & Organizing

MISCELLANEOUS RATES
• Travel Expenses: Distances further than 20 miles, a rate of $0.43 cents per mile shall be billed
• Travel Time: Destinations requiring more than 30 minutes of travel, an hourly rate of $20.00 shall be billed

CANCELLATIONS OF APPOINTMENTS
• Any appointments not cancelled 6 hours prior to work may be charged a one hour fee ($45.00) for cancellation
